Nordic vs Pleiadian
Largely yes. Pleiadian is a specific Nordic-type visitor assigned to the Pleiades by contactee and channelled sources; the descriptions overlap almost entirely.
The difference
Pleiadians are Nordics with an address. The look is the same fair, tall, human-like visitor, but the Pleiadian is tied to one star cluster through Billy Meier's 1970s contact claims and Barbara Marciniak's channelled books.
Nordic is the older, wider term used across European ufology; Pleiadian is the New Age refinement, usually with a spiritual message attached.

In their own dossiers
Accounts of the Nordic type are remarkably consistent for a body of literature that spans seventy years and several languages. Witnesses describe a being between roughly six and eight feet tall, athletic rather than heavy, with proportions that read as human but slightly idealised: a longer neck, a straighter spine, hands with fine, long fingers. Skin is pale to the point of luminosity, hair is platinum, white-gold or silver and usually worn long on both sexes, and eyes are most often described as pale blue, grey or violet, larger than a human's but not dramatically so.
Pleiadians are the Nordic type under a different name, and their description is nearly identical: tall, fair, human-like beings with long blond or golden hair, blue eyes and luminous skin, in close-fitting light-coloured garments. Where the two differ is in emphasis. Nordics are described as watchers; Pleiadians are described as relatives. The literature insists that they are genetically close to humans, sometimes claiming that they seeded or intermarried with early human populations, and that they could pass unnoticed on an Earth street.
